About the role
- Manage the company's editorial process for English-language content; Employ the power of AI to support quality content production; Use creativity to ideate unique content ideas; Oversee the content ordering process from freelance writers; Develop, maintain and improve a database of freelance writers; Proofread, edit and ensure content meets high standards of style, grammar, accuracy and timely delivery; Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to freelance writers; Contribute to the Surfshark blog and have a dedicated writer's page; Bring innovative ideas to life and help shape the editorial process.
Requirements
- Proven excellence in written English; Knowledge of other languages considered a bonus; Experience with generative AI tools; Advanced editing and proofreading skills; Basic knowledge of SEO; Ability to tailor messages to different audiences; Creative approach to content creation.
