About the role

  • Omniscient Digital: organic growth agency partnering with B2B SaaS like SAP, Adobe, Loom, Hotjar
  • Role: Client Success Manager to support and project manage ongoing client engagements and relationships
  • Responsible for client retention, net revenue retention, overall satisfaction for 10–20 B2B SaaS clients
  • Agency-seasoned SEO or organic growth strategist preferred; autonomy is high
  • Report to Head of Client Success; potential to evolve into team lead position
  • Must overlap at least 3 hours with US Eastern timezone
  • Responsibilities include owning client relationships, project management, partnering on growth, driving projects forward, clear communication, surfacing wins tied to revenue, driving renewals/upsells, triaging escalations, leveraging automation/AI, enabling client teams, improving processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SEO, content marketing, and CRO and now dabbling in GEO
  • Track record of success with SEO in terms of traffic, leads, and closed-won revenue
  • Background primarily in fast-paced agencies (in-house B2B software experience is a bonus)
  • Experience with helping brands gain visibility in LLM search is a major plus
  • Can present on SEO to executives and demonstrate expertise
  • Strong communication skills: draft clear emails, decks, strategy documents, record Loom walkthroughs
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • High standards, receptive to feedback, team-oriented
  • Ability to mitigate risk and propose tradeoffs and implementation plans
  • Use automations and AI regularly; have automated tasks and processes with it before
