About the role
- Work closely with delivery team, product managers, and clients to gather and document detailed customer requirements and expectations
- Translate customer requirements into actionable specifications for the delivery team
- Analyze customer data from core systems (policy administration, compensation and agent management systems) to support integrations with Sureify’s platform
- Support solution delivery: ensure implementations meet customer requirements and timelines; monitor progress and address issues
- Act as point of contact for issue resolution during delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication on project status, changes, and updates
- Collaborate with QA to develop and execute test plans ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards
- Assist in creating and delivering training materials and documentation for customers and provide implementation support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on customer delivery or client-facing roles
- Experience in the life & annuity industry is a must
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software: SQL and Excel is a must
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
