About the role
- Prospect, engage, and close deals with app publishers, founders, product and monetization leads across Europe
- Own full sales cycle from initial outreach through demos, negotiations, and closing
- Identify and attend 1–2 key conferences per month across Europe to represent Superwall, build pipeline, and network
- Educate the market on Superwall’s paywall experimentation, analytics, and subscription management tools
- Partner with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine the EU go-to-market playbook
- Build a repeatable territory strategy for scaling adoption in the EU market
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS or mobile adtech/martech sales experience
- Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem (consumer apps, subscriptions, in-app purchases)
- Proven record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence at industry events and with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with frequent travel (25–35% of time across Europe)
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
