• Plan and coordinate logistics for eleven conferences and six in city events
• Manage timelines, vendor communication, venue research and travel logistics
• Work directly with the team to shape run of show, booth needs, dinners and partner events
• Coordinate swag, shipping, printed materials and conference kits
• Own on site setup and breakdown, making sure every detail feels smooth
• Track budgets and keep everything organized as plans evolve
• Capture key learnings after each event so we keep improving

Event Coordinator

Account Executive

• Prospect, engage, and close deals with app publishers, founders, product and monetization leads across Europe
• Own full sales cycle from initial outreach through demos, negotiations, and closing
• Identify and attend 1–2 key conferences per month across Europe to represent Superwall, build pipeline, and network
• Educate the market on Superwall’s paywall experimentation, analytics, and subscription management tools
• Partner with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine the EU go-to-market playbook
• Build a repeatable territory strategy for scaling adoption in the EU market

Product Marketing

• Own product launches from messaging to rollout across website, in-app, email, and sales enablement
• Build lifecycle marketing programs that convert self-serve users into paying customers
• Work closely with product and design to translate new features into customer value
• Support sales and customer success with collateral, competitive intelligence, and playbooks
• Partner with analytics to track adoption, engagement, and monetization impact
• Operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue to drive growth levers
