💰 $130,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact and business partner for a portfolio of clients/prospects.
- Grow and manage sales pipeline through development of territory/account plan, industry network opportunities or targeted marketing activities (through collaboration with marketing)
- Own total client life cycle management
- Create and maintain individual account plans for key accounts
- Be a thought leader and trusted advisor on how client can leverage Supernova’s capabilities to solve their challenges and be more successful
- Lead presentations and strategic discussions with key business stakeholders in meetings
- Develop key relationships at mid and senior levels with clients
- Increase adoption of offered services within accounts
- Renew existing business within each client account on a timely basis
- Act as client advocate, spearhead cross-functional initiatives focused on serving customer needs and ensure long-term success of our client partnerships
- Support marketing events/activities with presentation, demo or other means (e.g. writing blogs, whitepapers etc.) on an as-needed basis
- Provide diligent on-going updates in Salesforce and support other reporting and forecasting needs
Requirements
- Experience working with banks, insurance, broker-dealers, or other financial intermediaries (custodians, RIAs, TAMPs etc.) a must have
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales or business development role with a proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish and a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Experience in selling lending solutions or Securities-Based Lending is preferred
- Self starter with tremendous amount of curiosity and learning agility
- Outstanding relationship building and management skills
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, organization and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate well cross-functionally
- A bachelor's degree required; MBA or other financial certification a plus.
- Experience working in the banking industry in credit, risk, general lending, etc. is preferred
- Travel across the U.S. expected when business returns to normal
