• Respond to and resolve escalated IT support tickets requiring deeper technical expertise.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for MS Office 365, Exchange, and Azure issues.
• Assist users with complex setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks for hardware and software.
• Identify and diagnose recurring issues and contribute to problem management processes.
• Maintain documentation of incident resolution steps and best practices.
• Perform system maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and patch management.

2nd Line IT Support

Sales

• Training to distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solution/installation/commissioning/FAQ
• Escalate sales blocks on product in time to local sales team and EU technical team, and broadcast the solution of sales blocks to customers in time once there is via training or statements
• Visit key distributors, installers, EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks on product and new request for portfolio with the clear to-purchase volume
• Study/Report of the local market size change for each portfolio sectors, and local competitor portfolio monthly
• Study local new grid standard, renewable energy law, white labelling opportunity, and 3rd party EMS or battery compatibility opportunity
• Check the sales forecast with local sales team monthly, especially whether the portfolio is correct and the forecast on each product is reasonable
• Provide technical and commercial support and represent Sungrow to distributors and installers across Italy & Balkans

Technical Sales, Distribution

QA Engineer

• Participate in the full product testing process including requirements analysis, design review, test case design, test case execution, and test report writing
• Track, analyze, and report software issues during the testing process and promote timely and reasonable resolution
• Participate in the development of automated testing frameworks/tools, design and execute automated test cases, and build automated testing environments
• Ensure the quality of the system under test and improve R&D quality and efficiency through innovations in testing processes and methods
• Be part of launching a new Sungrow subsidiary in Europe and help shape company foundation, culture, and direction

Testing Engineer, Chinese Speaker

Designer

• Support conducting user-oriented research for European market and gather insight into customer requirements for different product groups within our portfolio
• Take part in conceptual work and design sketching sessions
• Support versatile design exchanges with global design team
• Get to know and understand corporate brand positioning
• Gather trends and product information and visualize them with the relevant tools
• Support organizing and executing our Innovation Workshops
