Training to distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solution/installation/commissioning/FAQ
Escalate sales blocks on product in time to local sales team and EU technical team, and broadcast the solution of sales blocks to customers in time once there is via training or statements
Visit key distributors, installers, EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks on product and new request for portfolio with the clear to-purchase volume
Study/Report of the local market size change for each portfolio sectors, and local competitor portfolio monthly
Study local new grid standard, renewable energy law, white labelling opportunity, and 3rd party EMS or battery compatibility opportunity
Check the sales forecast with local sales team monthly, especially whether the portfolio is correct and the forecast on each product is reasonable
Provide technical and commercial support and represent Sungrow to distributors and installers across Italy & Balkans
Requirements
Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering or a similar background or A higher education qualification or business-related studies with technical counterparts
In the end, if you have dealt with the regenerative energy industry for approx. 2years, you are fit for this opportunity
Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and commercial skills
Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
Language requirements: Italian and English at least C1
Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
Attention to details. You're able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand-aligned experience
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus
