Support conducting user-oriented research for European market and gather insight into customer requirements for different product groups within our portfolio
Take part in conceptual work and design sketching sessions
Support versatile design exchanges with global design team
Get to know and understand corporate brand positioning
Gather trends and product information and visualize them with the relevant tools
Support organizing and executing our Innovation Workshops
Requirements
Enrolled in Industrial Design, Product Design or equivalent experience/training/study
Available for about 16h or 20h/week
Strong visual communication skills with a passion for aesthetics
First experience with Design Thinking, Design Sprints or other modern collaborative facilitation and workshop methods would be a plus
Good feeling for intercultural communication
Very good English skills (approx. C1)
Chinese and/or German language skills are an advantage
