About the role
- Participate in the full product testing process including requirements analysis, design review, test case design, test case execution, and test report writing
- Track, analyze, and report software issues during the testing process and promote timely and reasonable resolution
- Participate in the development of automated testing frameworks/tools, design and execute automated test cases, and build automated testing environments
- Ensure the quality of the system under test and improve R&D quality and efficiency through innovations in testing processes and methods
- Be part of launching a new Sungrow subsidiary in Europe and help shape company foundation, culture, and direction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related major
- More than 3 years of testing experience
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
- Proficient in testing processes and test case design methods
- Practical experience in Web/App/API/performance testing
- Proficient in at least one scripting language (such as Python or Java)
- Proficient in SQL
- Familiar with UI automation testing, interface testing, and mainstream frameworks (such as Pytest)
- Familiar with servers, Kafka, Redis
- Practical project experience in at least two of: automated testing, performance testing, algorithm testing, big data testing
- Good learning ability, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude, strong team spirit, communication and expression skills
- Able to handle certain work pressure
- Familiarity with new energy photovoltaic and energy storage system businesses is preferred
