About the role

  • Participate in the full product testing process including requirements analysis, design review, test case design, test case execution, and test report writing
  • Track, analyze, and report software issues during the testing process and promote timely and reasonable resolution
  • Participate in the development of automated testing frameworks/tools, design and execute automated test cases, and build automated testing environments
  • Ensure the quality of the system under test and improve R&D quality and efficiency through innovations in testing processes and methods
  • Be part of launching a new Sungrow subsidiary in Europe and help shape company foundation, culture, and direction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related major
  • More than 3 years of testing experience
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
  • Proficient in testing processes and test case design methods
  • Practical experience in Web/App/API/performance testing
  • Proficient in at least one scripting language (such as Python or Java)
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Familiar with UI automation testing, interface testing, and mainstream frameworks (such as Pytest)
  • Familiar with servers, Kafka, Redis
  • Practical project experience in at least two of: automated testing, performance testing, algorithm testing, big data testing
  • Good learning ability, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude, strong team spirit, communication and expression skills
  • Able to handle certain work pressure
  • Familiarity with new energy photovoltaic and energy storage system businesses is preferred
