About the role
- Execute business development strategies to increase market share, focusing on new client acquisition, IB recruitment, and partner onboarding.
- Proactively source and engage new IBs, affiliates, partners, and retail clients; build and manage a sales pipeline and conversion cycles.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and partners to drive engagement, retention, upsells, and revenue growth.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with financial institutions, trading educators, fintech communities, and affiliate partners to expand acquisition channels.
- Maintain ownership of personal revenue targets and contribute to regional forecasting, pipeline management, and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to deliver regionally tailored campaigns, promotions, and client engagement initiatives.
- Ensure all business development activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Monitor competitor activity, client feedback, and market trends to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and professional forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
- Proven track record in client acquisition (hunting) and portfolio growth (farming).
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5), financial products, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work independently to meet targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to speak fluent English is a MUST.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to target markets.
