Support global and regional brand accounts newly transitioned into Thailand.
Drive merchant acquisition and ad sales opportunities to expand ShopBack’s portfolio.
Execute online projects such as Facebook applications, website campaigns, and pax sales (excluding offline projects like booths or events).
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-driven, impactful campaigns for merchants.
Take initiative to identify growth opportunities and work independently to drive results.
Play a key role in driving ShopBack’s growth in Thailand by managing top-tier accounts and expanding the ad sales portfolio; gain hands-on exposure to global brands and build skills in e-commerce and AI tools.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in key account management or merchant acquisition.
Prior experience working with media agencies in ad sales is a plus.
Strong track record in online projects (digital campaigns, applications, websites).
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
A basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance efficiency and insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
