• Act as a commercial point of contact with the BD team - taking their partner campaigns to market quickly, on-brand, and with commercial impact top of mind
• Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of retention initiatives across owned channels (app, web, email, push)
• Design and run experiments to improve engagement, frequency, retention and reactivation; iterating quickly on results
• Independently analyse performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and make decisions with imperfect information
• Partner with commercial, data, design, and operations teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives end-to-end
• Manage stakeholders confidently - including pushing back on scope, timelines, or briefs when necessary
• Communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and leadership
• Identify and drive improvements in processes, ways of working, and campaign effectiveness
