About the role
- Spearhead acquisition of new Enterprise and Large Mid-Market restaurant customers for the Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS platform
- Identify, engage, and onboard restaurants to the solution
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for acquiring enterprise and large mid-market restaurant customers
- Establish and nurture relationships with restaurant executives, owners, operators, and decision-makers to drive platform adoption
- Craft and refine sales pitches and presentations tailored to restaurant needs
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with restaurant networks, industry influencers, and stakeholders to generate leads
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects through the sales cycle to ensure high conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and restaurant needs to adjust acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experiences
- Shape customer acquisition strategy as a key founding team member
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience focused on restaurant acquisition or the F&B industry
- Experience selling to restaurants in at least one APAC region (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea, Japan)
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, particularly acquiring and onboarding new business clients
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry, including pain points and operational challenges
- Ability to craft compelling sales strategies and close deals; strong understanding of sales lifecycle and CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly in a start-up environment
