About the role
- Lead onboarding for new accounts, ensuring fast, compliant, and high-quality go-lives
- Translate customer workflows into clear technical implementation plans
- Monitor customer adoption and proactively address risks to retention
- Resolve technical blockers in partnership with engineering and product teams
- Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations and escalate feedback effectively
- Manage post-sale relationships with health systems and payers to ensure successful deployments
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for Sully.ai’s healthcare customers
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist)
- Experience driving post-sale outcomes: onboarding, adoption, renewals
- Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, compliance workflows, or data security
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willing to confirm country residency and no visa sponsorship (application questions)
