About the role

  • Lead onboarding for new accounts, ensuring fast, compliant, and high-quality go-lives
  • Translate customer workflows into clear technical implementation plans
  • Monitor customer adoption and proactively address risks to retention
  • Resolve technical blockers in partnership with engineering and product teams
  • Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations and escalate feedback effectively
  • Manage post-sale relationships with health systems and payers to ensure successful deployments
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for Sully.ai’s healthcare customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist)
  • Experience driving post-sale outcomes: onboarding, adoption, renewals
  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, compliance workflows, or data security
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willing to confirm country residency and no visa sponsorship (application questions)
