Maintaining the database and dashboard for opportunities and leads.
Writing content for the company’s monthly newsletter.
Checking media sources (i.e., national/local news, trade publications, industry publications, blogs, etc.) for potential sales/marketing leads.
Liaison between other departments.
Provide content for intra-company marketing displays.
Produce social media content and postings.
Assist in organizing and leading plant tours and external events.
Take the lead on managing marketing projects.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an Event Planning, Event Coordinator and/or Marketing program with a college or university, eligible for a 4 or 8 Month co-op for the Winter 2026 Work Term.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and organization skills.
Passion for digital and print marketing.
Good understanding of social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
