About the role
- Serve as primary owner for assigned home services accounts and support other home services accounts.
- Own account retention and growth for assigned clients.
- Communicate and collaborate with all departments on changes and action items that support vertical growth.
- Facilitate onboarding for new accounts, coordinating with Tech, Accounting and Compliance teams.
- Analyze quality reports, identify issues, and create action plans to increase campaign performance by client as needed.
- Support accounts receivable in the collections process and communicate billing terms by client.
- Use Excel and Power BI to proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics including budget caps and RPT.
- Monitor and deliver weekly and monthly campaign reporting including total revenue, PRT, return rate and unsold lead data.
- Collaborate on business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of Account Management experience, preferably in Lead Gen and or Home Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Organizational skills: work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and new processes, manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Experience with business analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solutions-oriented and client-focused; high touch and white glove treatment of clients.
