About the role
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of digital media strategies across multiple clients and industries.
- Own channel performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.) and ensure continuous improvement.
- Leverage data, audience insights, and market trends to inform optimizations, testing strategies and future planning.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for senior clients, including CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and other executive stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication, business-focused reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Present campaign insights, performance updates, and strategic plans in executive-level meetings.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital media managers and specialists.
- Partner with Sales and Client Service teams.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Creative, Paid Social, and Account Services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on digital media experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Successful track record building and maintaining productive, strategic relationships with senior-level clients
- Proven success in leading multimillion-dollar digital budgets with a focus on driving performance and ROI.
- Deep knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, SSPs, and BI tools e.g.: Looker
- Experience utilizing AI tools to improve team efficiency or campaign performance is a big plus
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution models, forecasting, and measurement.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Must be able to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ET
