Lead the sales cycle from start to finish, leveraging technical expertise to solution in real time for clients and Salesforce stakeholders.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert.
Lead the handoff to delivery teams by organizing and running internal knowledge transfer meetings to ensure a smooth transition and successful client outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, practice leads) to align resources and ensure seamless client engagements.
Drive all activities that grow pipeline and close deals—forecast, prospect, demo, negotiate, and execute.
Onboard clients post-sale and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
Maintain visibility into deals, progress, and client feedback for leadership and internal stakeholders.
Stay current on Salesforce solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to articulate value clearly and confidently.
Requirements
Experience in sales engineering, presales, solutions engineering, or a technical delivery role with hands-on client engagement.
Ready to step into your first quota-carrying sales role, or proven success in a quota-carrying sales role with prior experience in technical solutioning.
Experience with Salesforce technology is highly preferred; existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem are a strong plus.
Ability to solution in real time during a sales cycle and translate technical expertise into business value.
Track record of taking ownership, rolling up your sleeves, and driving deals to closure.
Excellent communication, listening, and consultative sales skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to identify complex client challenges and craft solutions.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones; availability and flexibility to work with global clients.
Occasional travel to client sites and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.
