Account Executive

• Lead the sales cycle from start to finish, leveraging technical expertise to solution in real time for clients and Salesforce stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert.
• Lead the handoff to delivery teams by organizing and running internal knowledge transfer meetings to ensure a smooth transition and successful client outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, practice leads) to align resources and ensure seamless client engagements.
• Drive all activities that grow pipeline and close deals—forecast, prospect, demo, negotiate, and execute.
• Onboard clients post-sale and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
• Maintain visibility into deals, progress, and client feedback for leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on Salesforce solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to articulate value clearly and confidently.
