Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and hire top talent to support Stryker’s Supply Chain, HR, Engineering & Finance functions in EMEA
Full-cycle recruitment from initial intake meeting through to presenting offers and initiating contract creation & onboarding activities via HR colleagues
Facilitate Intake Meetings to understand role requirements and agree interview & selection approach
Devise and implement effective internal & external sourcing strategies; advertise vacancies via Stryker Careers Site, job boards, social media, referrals and targeted engagement
Conduct initial candidate screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit
Shortlist candidates and manage interview, assessment and selection process; deliver outstanding candidate experience
Present offers to successful candidates and manage requisition lifecycle in ATS (Workday) with accuracy
Advise and guide hiring teams on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices
Participate in projects to identify recruitment market trends, implement best practices and improve talent acquisition function
Requirements
Fluent business-level French and English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
4+ years of work experience required
2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
Preferred: Fluent in Italian or Spanish
Experience managing requisition lifecycle in ATS (Workday)
Full-cycle recruitment experience (intake through offer and onboarding)
Experience conducting candidate screens and presenting offers
Experience with sourcing strategies, advertising vacancies, and using careers site/job boards/social media
