About the role

  • Facilitate a high volume of virtual interviews, including technical assessments, panel presentations, and complex global interview panels
  • Serve as backup support to the Tech Team Recruiting Coordinator when needed
  • Process US offer letters and global employment contracts
  • Create and maintain interview plans within the ATS (Ashby), partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure appropriate information is in the system
  • Process all incoming invoices for the Recruiting team
  • Provide recruitment and project support as available, including reviewing inbound applicant flow and conducting initial outreach to candidates
  • Act as a thought partner in ideation and execution of process enhancements alongside the Global Recruiting Operations team
  • Maintain regular interactions with business stakeholders and candidates, ensuring professional candidate experience

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience supporting Executive hiring within a mid-stage technology startup, with a proven track record in managing complex global calendar logistics and coordinating scheduling in a fast-paced, international environment
  • At least two years of professional experience managing complex, high-volume scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones
  • Proficiency in Google Suite including Gmail, Docs and Sheets as well as Slack
  • Proven experience in maintaining proactive, timely, and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers
  • Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven ambiguous environment
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders independently and professionally
  • Ability to embrace change and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing requests
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Sound judgment in decision-making with the aptness to solve in-the-moment problems with tact and empathy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly
  • Experience with an ATS (Ashby) (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 4 years of total work experience (preferred)
  • Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States to effectively support North America, EMEA, and APAC regions
  • Must be able to work 9:00-5:00 pm or 10:00-6:00 pm Eastern Time (preferred)
