About the role
- Drive revenue focused on legacy products through selling, marketing and promotion of Stryker Sage to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff.
- Work closely with the Sales team to help organically grow business, conduct in-service and educate clinical teams in current customer base.
- Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
- Meet targeted objectives within an assigned geography.
- Follow product training to tailor promotional messages, advise on product selection, and answer product functionality questions.
- Assist in hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Keep Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives informed of territory and project progress.
- Understand and adhere to facility protocols, OSHA guidelines, and comply with GMP/FDA policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years professional experience.
- Must possess valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
- Preferred: Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
