Create and maintain training and performance support materials for the Accelerate ERP program
Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies across multiple formats
Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations
Validate and refine training scope, audience, and approach based on change impacts, lessons learned, and business feedback
Manage stakeholder engagement by partnering with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure alignment and content accuracy
Lead training logistics including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support
Maintain and update training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries in response to system or process changes
Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users to deliver classroom training effectively
Track and report progress of training development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience or 6+ years of equivalent experience with a degree preferred in training, business, quality or related field
Demonstrated experience of adult learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies
Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms
