Design and rapidly develop training materials, methods, and assessments for e-Learning, classroom learning, or blended learning projects.
Implement the concept development of assigned topics, needs analysis, writing or refinement of learning objectives and requirements, course outlines, revision of existing content.
Work with course developers, subject matter experts, reviewers, end users and other members of the project team to scope new projects and improve instructional design of existing content.
Create instructional design outlines or storyboards to enable SMEs and project teams to agree on design, content, activities, and evaluation criteria.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education, Writing, Visual Arts, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in instructional design, program development, e‐Learning, instructional technology, or related business.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
Planning and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in nontechnical terms.
Understanding of educational assessment, design, development and evaluation principles and methods.
Ability to self-train on new products and procedures and share that knowledge and best practices with team colleagues.
