About the role
- Support and manage all aspects of assigned customer’s AED programs.
- Execute the implementation of PRO License services utilizing the LIFELINKcentral and LIFENET Portal websites.
- Plan and manage individual projects of uploading distributor or PRO License customer data.
- Schedule and perform overview calls to new distributor contacts.
- Assist end users, troubleshoot AED readiness and connectivity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and distribution partners to ensure tasks have been planned and executed.
- Proactive management of expiring supplies for PRO License customers.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or 4 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service.
- Experience working with distributors or managing distributor relationships.
- Preferred Experience in account management.
