About the role
- Supports clients through communications, training, marketing collateral
- Drives client production and sales within a given territory
- Partners with internal stakeholders to develop effective business plans to increase sales and retention efforts
- Builds relationships with business partners to execute on strategy
- Manages various marketing programs, events and campaigns across a group of clients
- Conducts market and industry research
- Reviews and assesses external markets and industry data to provide recommendations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in the insurance or agency industry with knowledge of Personal Lines, Specialty, and Commercial Products
- 3-5 years of experience in leading strategy within financial services function
- 1-3 years of experience in an agent or brokerage environment
