Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Finance and other functions to develop strategy, enable principle-based decisions and support strategic relationships between Stripe and partners
Identify and implement new opportunities for Stripe’s products or new products through analysis and research
Design and implement business and operational systems and processes to help scale within Stripe
Lead mission-critical cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles, and execute strategic initiatives
Dig into winning new market segments, help build and launch new products, and unlock new revenue opportunities
Requirements
10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy or related field
Experience related to card networks
Experience related to payments or financial services
Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with product and engineering teams
Experience in a data analytics role with experience navigating large data sets
Skilled at tackling ambiguous problems and defining and executing strategies that clarify the problem statement, drive alignment and deliver quantifiable business impact
Strong agency; can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization and thrives on high autonomy and responsibility
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal
Strong program management skills with experience taking initiatives from conception to launch and managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across a wide variety of functions
Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn
Experience working with customer-facing teams (e.g. partnerships, sales, customer support, professional services, etc.)
