About the role

  • Standardize and improve internal and client operations to improve quality, reporting and efficiencies
  • Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives
  • Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training and documentation as we scale our customer base by 5-10x over the coming 12 months
  • Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of internal operations projects, from project initiation to launch
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency
  • Break down complex, challenging business problems and own execution and outcomes
  • Drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate, etc.) and be proactive about solving emerging problems
  • End-to-end ownership of Revenue-Cycle Management operations for strategic accounts; high-visibility, high-impact role

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or operations at a fast-paced growth tech company
  • Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions to new challenges
  • Familiarity with SQL (there will be an open-resource basic SQL assessment as part of the interview process)
  • Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success
  • Ability to oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address internal needs and support company objectives
  • Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement and optimization for Internal Ops processes
  • Strong project management and leadership skills; managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects on-time and on-budget with your team
  • Business-oriented: ability to dive into an area of the business, understand business needs, and facilitate Executive decisions on improvements and best practices
  • Truth seeker: relentless in searching for truth, asking questions, and understanding customer requests
  • Data oriented: ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success using data and metrics
  • Comfortable working in an autonomous environment and prioritizing work; adept at identifying internal and external blockers
  • Proficient in Retool; Gsuite is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare tech (RCM, EHR, etc) space is a bonus
  • Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Mountain View, CA
