About the role
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and design, build, configure and test the Workday Adaptive solution
- Act as a point of reference in area of expertise, sharing knowledge and improving internal capability
- Train and mentor new team members and contribute to skill development
- Establish and maintain strong and constructive client relationships
- Apply Workday and Strada methodologies to implementations and engagements
- Contribute to high client satisfaction through a high standard of client service
- Work across multiple concurrent projects and manage deliverables
- Keep up to date with FP&A thinking, tools and techniques and apply that knowledge to deliver outstanding results
- Attain and maintain relevant Workday certification to perform the role
Requirements
- Experience of deploying Adaptive or other Planning systems such as Anaplan, HFM or other Planning SaaS software solutions
- Knowledge and experience of translating business requirements into system requirements
- Experience working with Financial Planning & Analysis systems or functions
- Consultancy experience would be beneficial
- Existing Workday certification will be highly regarded
- Relevant Workday certification, if not already held, must be attained and maintained to perform this role
- Advanced analytical & technical skills evidenced by experience playing a role in projects or in a business as usual Finance function
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience of confidently managing stakeholders
- A team-oriented approach
- Self-awareness and ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengths
- Personal accountability and acting with integrity
- Demonstrated bias for action
- Able to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivation
- Current and future work authorization in the country where you're applying, without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada
