About the role
- Set up and optimize the Agile process within teams
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and team collaboration using Agile metrics
- Support teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in improving Agile practices and achieving maturity
- Cultivate trust, collaboration, and an environment of continuous learning and innovation
- Bridge communication between stakeholders and delivery teams using Project Management and Business Analysis skills
- Use tools like Jira to monitor team progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency across the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst
- Experience working within a digital agency or environment
- Agile mindset and ability to ensure self-managing teams deliver
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to remove impediments
- Coaching experience for teams and Product Owners
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Advanced English (writing and speaking)
- Growth mindset and consultative experience (Agile methodologies and consulting a plus)
