About the role
- Act as the link between international customers and the project team
- Responsible for project planning for new customers and managing changes to existing projects
- Coordinate and support the consultancy/project team
- Provide first contact with customer (scheduling project kick-off, analysis, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Manage planning of the project team and ensure mutual project activities are aligned
- Lead in optimizing planning and coordinate changes within existing projects
- Ensure completeness of project documents
- Guarantee correct invoicing of customer projects
- Communicate continuously in English with customers throughout Europe
- Work as part of an international team
Requirements
- Excel in organization, administration, project planning and scheduling
- Able to organize tasks efficiently
- Traits: quality, speed, proactivity, initiative, autonomy, self-directed, assertive, problem solver
- Communicative person, able to engage with internal and external contacts
- Communicate fluently in English
- Must submit a recent Certificate of Character upon successful completion of interview
- Will undergo a background check as part of standard legal procedures
