About the role

  • Hold responsibility for the final stage of the pipeline: sign offs and go lives for lockers
  • Ensure lockers are signed off and go live on the network accurately and without delay
  • Follow up with contractors for revisits and parts as required
  • Collaborate closely with Network Health on failed go lives
  • Be a direct liaison between contractors and external stakeholders
  • Manage how many deals are waiting for sign off in independents and chain pipelines
  • Manage go live and failed go live processes, ensuring all geocoding on Console is correct
  • Keep data in Pipedrive clean and up to date for reporting and analysis
  • Perform technical analysis of works undertaken by contractors
  • Use contractor issue logs to record and resolve contractor queries
  • Work closely with Implementation Managers, Independent Operations Specialists, Partnerships and Network Health
  • Continuously improve systems and processes to become 'network experts'
