About the role
- Hold responsibility for the final stage of the pipeline: sign offs and go lives for lockers
- Ensure lockers are signed off and go live on the network accurately and without delay
- Follow up with contractors for revisits and parts as required
- Collaborate closely with Network Health on failed go lives
- Be a direct liaison between contractors and external stakeholders
- Manage how many deals are waiting for sign off in independents and chain pipelines
- Manage go live and failed go live processes, ensuring all geocoding on Console is correct
- Keep data in Pipedrive clean and up to date for reporting and analysis
- Perform technical analysis of works undertaken by contractors
- Use contractor issue logs to record and resolve contractor queries
- Work closely with Implementation Managers, Independent Operations Specialists, Partnerships and Network Health
- Continuously improve systems and processes to become 'network experts'
