Account Manager

• Build strong, inclusive partnerships with Publishers and Distributors
• Explore opportunities to support sales and attract new customers
• Ensure customer requirements are delivered to the highest standard
• Provide completed reports to agreed deadlines internally & externally
• Measure, analyse and provide reporting on Publisher/Distributor focused business Key Performance Indicators
• Maintain regular contract/communication with MD operational teams for key business priorities

Key Account Manager

• Manage contract renewals and be responsible for the retention and growth of key existing landlord partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key landlord partners, addressing their needs and concerns and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of business cases internally to promote growth within accounts.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that the installation of new lockers runs smoothly to time and forecast.
• Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance and growth to partners and senior leadership.

Field Engineer

• A hands on field-based role to repair our parcel lockers on client’s sites
• Break-fix, maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and providing technical support and training to employees and subcontractors
• Diagnosing and repairing faults and malfunctions of parcel locker machines (APMs) on site
• Maintenance and modernisation of parcel locker machines
• Implementing hardware and software upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Diagnostics, reconfiguration, and installation of computer software or firmware for computer, electronic, and electromechanical equipment
• Processing and reporting on assigned repairs using communication channels utilised within the organisation
• Managing tools and components for parcel locker machines
• Handling systems for managing personnel-related matters
• Quality control of work performed by internal employees and subcontractors
• Providing technical and substantive support to employees and subcontractors (including international ones)
• Participating in the development of solutions for new types of parcel locker machines
• Preparing and updating technical manuals and documentation
