Commercial Operations Specialist
InPost UKCommercial Operations Specialist managing relationships with independent landlords and supporting Estate Partnership Managers. Joining a fast-growing UK Network team to drive utilization and expansion.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiate locker expansions with existing landlords where there is high demand.
- Leverage the InPost value proposition to successfully renew contracts and prevent removals across the estate.
- Engage ‘warm’ and ‘cold’ leads through the sales pipeline to drive new meeting bookings for sales representatives.
- Manage all escalations from our Independent landlord portfolio, ensuring timely responses and quick resolutions that drive high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve day-to-day operational problems preventing the successful delivery/collection of parcels.
- Share feedback and insights across the UK Network team to help build, and continually refine, the strategy for independents, including marketing activations.
- Thoroughly understand, and where possible, pre-empt business challenges faced by our landlords and identify how InPost can support.
- Liaise with the Deployment Operations team to ensure the Estate Partnership Managers are aware of issues regarding extensions, relocations and upgrades of machines across the network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in building and developing client relationships.
- Experience in processing deals through sales pipelines and/or experience in telesales.
- You are results-driven and can think outside of the box to overcome challenges.
