About the role
- Handles routine customer care interactions and telephone answering service calls with excellent telephone etiquette, listening skills and empathy
- Communicates via telephone, e-mail, chat, video or other methods
- Participate in Customer Service training as a new hire and ongoing for development
- Use communication and multitasking skills to respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests
- Respond to inquiries on invoices, payments, and collections per supervisor guidelines
- Research customer issues and find workable solutions and share ideas to increase efficiencies
- Perform record keeping activities and other duties as assigned
- Handle customer care calls based on training guidelines and respond according to specific scripts or templates
- Maintain key performance indicators and acceptable performance levels to support assigned customer base
- Maintain customer confidentiality as needed and required by HIPPA bi laws
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work shifts Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am CST and 7pm CST
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or the equivalent in related work experience
- Professionalism skills
- Critical thinking and problem resolution skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
