About the role

  • Achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth within a specific geographical territory
  • Manage a sales team and cultivate relationships with customers by signing up schools for STEMROBO Programs & Solutions
  • Meet decision makers of schools using existing contacts, cold calls and other lead generation activities in the assigned territory including multiple districts and sometimes a state
  • Brief stakeholders about company profile, STEMROBO products and offerings and demonstrate the product
  • Close sales by getting agreements signed and collecting advance payment
  • Achieve revenue targets for the territory and be responsible for company revenue generation from the respective territory
  • Foster effective communication between the territory and corporate office through systems and regular reporting
  • Timely project planning, budget approval, and accurate manpower distribution
  • Serve as chief strategist for partnerships within the territory; review data and collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic plans to achieve enrolment, engagement and renewal targets
  • Innovate engagement strategies and tactics to influence renewals and expansions
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and build trust with school customers
  • Maintain relationships with customer schools and coordinate with internal Operations & Execution team for end-mile delivery throughout the academic year
  • Continuously improve processes, ensure consistency across the territory, document processes and prepare business development reports
  • Maintain company brand and position across schools in the territory as a global leader in K-12 STEM, Robotics, AI & Coding education

Requirements

  • 6-7 years overall working experience
  • 2+ years working in a role that interacted with K-12 Schools decision makers (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in a high-visibility, customer-facing role
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment
  • Strategic mindset and ability to lead by influence
  • Passion for education and providing access to technology
  • Organized and self-driven approach
  • Strong data interpretation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to constantly learn and improve
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Multi-language skills a plus
  • MBA, BBA, B. Tech or equivalent (Graduates and Post Graduates preferred)
  • Some experience in Ed-tech and School Domain preferred
