Implementation Specialist

• Own end-to-end implementation delivery for assigned clients, from kick-off through go-live and hypercare
• Lead technical integration workstreams including EHR connectivity, HL7/FHIR data exchange, and workflow configuration via Steer Studio and Mirth Connect
• Maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports; proactively surface and resolve blockers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders (IT, clinical operations, C-suite) throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and issue resolution
• Manage 10+ concurrent implementations without letting quality slip
• Contribute to and maintain implementation playbooks, onboarding templates, and lessons-learned documentation
• Participate in weekly operating cadences with clear metrics, accountability, and issue resolution
• Track and report key implementation KPIs — time-to-go-live, adoption rates, integration success rates — to leadership weekly
• Travel to customer sites as needed to lead implementation workshops, executive stakeholder meetings, end-user training, and go-live support activities
• Serve as Steer's onsite implementation lead during key project milestones and customer launches
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through both virtual and in-person engagement.

Sales Development Representative

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
• Manage a pipeline of 10–20+ active opportunities simultaneously
• Run structured discovery focused on:
• call volume and abandonment
• scheduling inefficiencies
• staffing constraints
• after-hours revenue leakage
• Quantify ROI using customer-specific data (not generic assumptions)
• Deliver workflow-based demos (not feature walkthroughs)
• Drive deals forward through clear customer-owned next steps
• Maintain strict pipeline discipline in CRM
• Partner with leadership and technical resources to close deals efficiently

Technical Customer Success

• End-to-end Luna AI deployments: kickoff through go-live, across single clinics and 40+ location health systems.
• Customer-facing project management: build and run the implementation plan, hold weekly working sessions, drive decisions and remove blockers.
• Cross-functional orchestration: partner with Engineering (integrations, custom workflows), Implementation (config, testing), and CS (training, handoff) to compress time-to-live.
• Quality bar: own UAT, call QA, and Tier 1/2/3 standardization sign-off before every launch — no customer goes live with a Luna that isn't ready.
• Process improvement: every deployment should teach us something. Feed learnings back into playbooks, templates, and product requests.
• Ruthless prioritization: when six customers are launching the same week, you decide which calls happen, which get async updates, and which can wait.

Technical Onboarding Manager

• This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline through targeted outbound and inbound follow-up within the healthcare provider market.
• This is a high-activity, high-accountability role with clear performance expectations.

Product Marketing

• Own the "AI Workforce for Healthcare" story from category creation to product-level messaging
• Architect product launches across Luna AI, SteerNotes, FastTrackCare, and Revenue Cycle Intelligence
• Know the market cold, build battlecards and positioning frameworks to help sales win
• Partner with the VP GTM to produce one-pagers, ROI calculators, objection-handling guides
• Turn 109 customer organizations into advocates, case studies, and expansion opportunities
• Proactively place Steer in Becker's, Healthcare IT Today, HIMSS, and MGMA conversations
• Own Becker's, HLTH, MGMA, and ViVE - from booth narrative to programming to post-event pipeline sequences
• Define marketing metrics across pipeline contribution, win rates, engagement, and displacement
