Vice President

• Serve as Task Lead/Project Manager/Project Director on a portfolio of projects.
• Be responsible for project delivery and client management to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Ability to see the bigger picture and understand client objectives but also be able to carryout detailed reviews and task delivery when needed.

AVP, Transactions Advisory, Traffic & Revenue Forecasting

Program Manager

• Lead the Program Manager of TMOs in Burbank and Glendale.
• Promote sustainable, shared and active transportation options in the region.
• Support Steer’s TDM team with project work including direct employer engagement, TDM strategic planning, research and analysis, report writing.
• Work from local TMO offices and Steer’s DTLA office with expected in office attendance of at least 3 days per week.
• Responsible for managing non-profit administration and working with the Boards of Directors to deliver relevant localized programming.

TDM Program Manager

• Responsible for reviewing, validating, and auditing complex financial models across various sectors to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

• Implement the mission/purpose of the TMO through the day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Recruit new members by targeting large employers, residential communities and mixed-use developments.
• Work with various funding sources and organizations to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
• Represent and promote the TMO and its programs in the community, with regional stakeholders and sponsorship partners.
• Prepare annual workplan, budget, financial, and progress reports.
• Support supervision, training, and performance of future TMO staff.
• Assist individual TMO member organizations with development and implementation of relevant transportation services and programs.
• Identify feasibility and coordinate area-wide programs for parking management, transit, bicycling, carpooling, vanpooling, and hybrid working/teleworking.
• Assess transportation service needs of local businesses and commuters.
• Participate in local and regional transportation planning organizations and committees. Coordinate with State, County, and municipal officials on transportation issues.
• Inform members of transportation-related legislation.
• Act as liaison between the public and private sectors.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the TMO.
• Monitor organizational progress and program impact, including reports to TMO Board and stakeholder agencies.
• Prepare TMO financial documents and monitor financial activities and programs.
• Organize TMO board meetings and all-member meetings and provide staffing support to Board of Directors and TMO committees.
• Maintain membership database.
• Gather data to support positive impacts of TMO programming and the benefits of TMO membership.
• Keep abreast of available funding sources through various local, State, and Federal agencies and develop applications for funding opportunities.
• Administer grant programs, including monitoring and evaluation, and preparing interim and final reports as required by granting agency.
• Implement TMO marketing plan and develop annual updates.
• Network with local employers, agencies, and institutions to raise awareness of the TMO to further the financial sustainability through membership dues.
• Use motivational and engagement strategies to entice potential TMO members to participate in TMO programs and to encourage employees to try sustainable transportation options.
• Promote commuting alternatives to commuters via TMO programming and messaging.
• Conduct presentations to potential members, public agency representatives, employee transportation coordinators, and employees.
• Plan and conduct commuter information events (e.g. transportation fairs, employee lunch and learns, community events, meet-your-match gatherings, awareness days, bicycle week, etc.).
• Work alongside colleagues to conceptualize, develop, and deliver on new and existing client projects, including in multimodal planning, regional planning, TDM, and equitable and sustainable mobility. Support client-ready deliverable development by conducting research, contributing to reports and memorandums, and engaging in data collection and analysis.
• Work directly with clients to present work and respond to feedback.
• Manage time effectively to balance both TMO needs and additional project responsibilities.

Consultant

• The intern will join our Advisory Team and must be very fluent both in Italian and in English.
• The successful candidate will join a team who works on projects, in Italy and abroad, for public and private clients, such as local public transport operators, concessionaires, investment funds, financial entities and public bodies.
• Our projects include:
• Traffic due diligence and transportation planning;
• Cost-benefit analysis and wider economic impacts;
• Developing econometric models to support demand forecasts across different modes of transport;
• Collaboration with colleagues across the business to provide high-quality consulting and differentiated services to our clients.
