• **Driving Stratigic Growth:**
• - Help drive the growth of the TDD Practice in alignment with broader business objectives, with responsibility for identifying opportunities, driving growth and growing revenue;

• - **Technical Due Diligence Leadership**: Lead and deliver technical due diligence for Transport/Energy/Social assets. Conduct site visits and assess asset condition, performance, and risks.
• - **Project Management**: Manage multi-disciplinary teams across geographies, languages, time-zones and cultures, integrating external specialists and internal colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.
• - **Client Advisory**: Translate technical findings into actionable insights for investors and stakeholders. Collaborate with Financial, Traffic & Revenue and Environmental, Social and Governance due diligence teams to produce integrated reports.
• - **Risk Assessment**: Identify and evaluate technical and operational risks of infrastructure assets, including but not limited to, contractual and risk allocation, construction approach and schedule, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and OPEX, lifecycle plans and CAPEX, and propose mitigation strategies.
• - **Reporting & Communication**: Prepare clear, client-ready reports and presentations tailored to investor audiences. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• - **Business Development**: Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, expand service offerings, and lead proposal development. Help grow Steer’s presence in new asset types and geographies.

• Driving Canadian revenue growth by developing and executing a Canada-specific go-to-market strategy in Steer’s current and emerging business lines.

Principal Consultant – Rail Advisory

• Scale the Aviation Forecasting & Air Service Development practice across the U.S. and Canada and expand market share and service capabilities
• Lead business development activities including proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with airports, airlines, cargo carriers, and industry stakeholders
• Direct development and application of traffic forecasting models for passenger and cargo demand
• Conduct detailed market assessments to support airport planning, capital investment strategies, and business decisions

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Work within the BFM practice area undertaking advisory commissions for transport clients to build and assure operating and financial models, together with delivering projects involving the funding/financing of infrastructure development.
• Work closely with colleagues in other disciplines and geographies.
• Lead financial workstreams within projects and ensure best practice techniques are applied.
• Specify, develop and assure a range of business and financial models, underpinning Steer’s advice to clients.
• Lead the development of funding strategies and financial cases for transport infrastructure.

• We're seeking a results driven Financial Controller ready to take full ownership of the North America accounting function, while partnering with the Senior Commercial Advisor on key financial decisions.
• Youwill oversee all aspects of financial management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while providing strategic financial insights to support the company’s growth and operational goals.
