About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the management and optimization of the firm’s pipeline
- Maintain and improve pipeline tracking systems within CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify and position for priority opportunities with our most important clients
- Lead pipeline reviews with leadership, including facilitating discussions on priorities, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline value, conversion rates, and win/loss trends
- Support go/no-go decision processes by synthesizing pipeline intelligence and market insights
- Identify gaps in pipeline coverage and coordinate with leadership and marketing to address them
- Manage lead generation processes, including bid aggregators and proactive opportunity identification
- Coordinate proposal prioritization and resourcing with Proposal Production Manager
- Oversee data integrity, standardization, and reporting across all pipeline stages
- Produce regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to support executive decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reports that translate pipeline data into actionable insights
- Analyze trends across sectors, clients, and geographies to inform growth strategy
- Support annual and quarterly business planning with pipeline-driven projections
- Support broader sales and marketing team to ensure proper coverage of team responsibilities as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of experience in business development, CRM management, or sales operations
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret pipeline data and translate it into strategic recommendations
- Process Management: Experience managing systems, workflows, and data consistency across teams
- Experience with CRMs (Insightly preferred but not required)
- Experience with Proposal Development a plus
- Data Integrity: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, reliable reporting
- Communication: Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-Motivation: Proactive initiative in an autonomous, hybrid in-person/remote environment
