About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the management and optimization of the firm’s pipeline
  • Maintain and improve pipeline tracking systems within CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify and position for priority opportunities with our most important clients
  • Lead pipeline reviews with leadership, including facilitating discussions on priorities, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline value, conversion rates, and win/loss trends
  • Support go/no-go decision processes by synthesizing pipeline intelligence and market insights
  • Identify gaps in pipeline coverage and coordinate with leadership and marketing to address them
  • Manage lead generation processes, including bid aggregators and proactive opportunity identification
  • Coordinate proposal prioritization and resourcing with Proposal Production Manager
  • Oversee data integrity, standardization, and reporting across all pipeline stages
  • Produce regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to support executive decision-making
  • Develop dashboards and reports that translate pipeline data into actionable insights
  • Analyze trends across sectors, clients, and geographies to inform growth strategy
  • Support annual and quarterly business planning with pipeline-driven projections
  • Support broader sales and marketing team to ensure proper coverage of team responsibilities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, CRM management, or sales operations
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret pipeline data and translate it into strategic recommendations
  • Process Management: Experience managing systems, workflows, and data consistency across teams
  • Experience with CRMs (Insightly preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Proposal Development a plus
  • Data Integrity: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, reliable reporting
  • Communication: Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive initiative in an autonomous, hybrid in-person/remote environment
