About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the production, coordination, and quality of all firm proposals
Oversee end-to-end proposal development, managing timelines, deadlines, and submission requirements across multiple concurrent pursuits
Coordinate internal teams, writing, editing, and compiling proposal narratives
Lead compliance reviews and facilitate review processes to improve quality
Manage final production and submission including formatting, packaging, and delivery
Strengthen proposal quality and efficiency through systems and content
Maintain and improve proposal templates, resumes, and project profiles
Support the development of reusable content libraries
Use AI to improve efficiency and consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in proposal management, marketing, or business development support
Excellent ability to produce clear, persuasive, and well-structured content
Experience managing multiple deadlines and coordinating across teams
Strong focus on compliance, formatting, and quality control
Ability to align proposal content with broader positioning and win strategy
Strong interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams
Proactive initiative in an autonomous, hybrid in-person/remote environment
Experience with InDesign is preferred and will be required as part of the role, alongside other design tools such as Canva, which can be taught and supported through training.
AI proficiency required
