Serve as the day-to-day administrator for Salesforce (Sales Cloud + integrated apps), supporting GTM teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support
Configure and maintain Salesforce automation and functionality, including flows, process builders, triggers, validation rules, page layouts, fields, and record types
Administer Salesforce CPQ, including Advanced Approvals, Price Rules, Product Rules, and Bundles
Manage user setup, permissions, roles, profiles, hierarchies, and data visibility
Monitor system performance and address bugs, technical issues, or bottlenecks
Roll out new features and enhancements using proper Change Set methodology
Maintain data accuracy through regular audits, deduplication, and mass updates using tools like Data Loader
Support and manage integrations with third-party platforms such as Gong, HubSpot, Groove, Conga Composer/Sign, and NetSuite
Ensure reliable data flow between Salesforce and external systems to support business operations
Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
Translate business needs into technical requirements that improve process efficiency and data accessibility
Provide ongoing support, onboarding, and basic training for Salesforce users; promote platform adoption and document workflows using Confluence and Jira
Reports to the Manager, Business Systems; travel approx. 10%
Requirements
2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, automation tools (especially Flows), custom objects, metadata, etc.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ticketing workflows
Experience with managed package evaluations, testing, and implementation
Appreciation of well-crafted systems and data architecture; enjoyment in building Salesforce into an incredibly helpful tool
Curiosity for and interest in the “why” of system architecture
Proficient in standard office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications
