Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain Domo dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the design and implementation of the data warehouse architecture; ensuring data integrity and completeness and performance efficiency (via regular data validations and audits).
• Utilize Domo’s SQL, Magic ETL, and scripting tools to prepare data.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather technical requirements of complex data sets, assess trends/patterns, and convert them to actionable insights.
• Lead dashboard rationalization efforts, consolidating or deprecating unused or duplicative content.
• Contribute to BI training, enablement sessions, and best-practice documentation.
• Support BI governance by reinforcing metric consistency, proper dataset usage, and business definitions.

• Manage to successful resolution internal, external, and executive escalations
• Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues via phone, email, and chat, while maintaining a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and meeting service-level objectives
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze information, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Monitor ticket and other possible issues in absence of Support Leadership
• Participate in an on-call roster to provide urgent after-hours support for customers when needed
• Effectively communicate and partner with colleagues to assist in resolving client issues
• Provide specific expectations and timely follow up on all customer issues
• Facilitate screen connect sessions to aid customers in troubleshooting the product

Technical Support Representative

• Manage assigned EMEA territory to achieve new customer acquisitions
• Account management of new customer acquisitions until they’ve completed implementation
• Lead and manage tendering, RFP, and formal bid processes, including coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive submissions
• Outbound prospecting and market coverage via email, phone, social, and other mediums as required
• Manage and develop prospect and existing account pipeline from initial lead to deal closure
• Provide market insight and customer requirements to better position existing solutions both online and in person
• Provide feedback for new product development and future evolution
• Build long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and industry leaders
• Leverage infrastructure tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ChatGPT, & Zoom, as well as collaboration tools such as Slack & SharePoint, and social tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to build market/prospect data for effective data analytics and market insight
• Assist in creating and updating sales and marketing materials for web, print, and demonstration purposes
• Manage and develop effective partner relationships as needed
