Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst

Accounting Manager

• Manage and develop a high‑performing team of General Ledger and Accounts Payable accountants; set goals, SLAs, and development plans.
• Own the monthly close across entities/currencies; approve journal entries; review account reconciliations; ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and on‑time delivery.

• Own the contract intake process, including triage, prioritization, and assignment of new legal review requests.
• Maintain the legal intake email box, respond to internal inquiries, and provide timely updates on contract status.
