About the role
- Configure and maintain Salesforce to support business operations
- Manage user accounts and permissions, roles, licenses, and active settings
- Build and enhance flows; develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity and monitor daily jobs for completion and resolution
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot end user problems; field incoming service requests and resolve within SLAs
- Support and perform Salesforce and nCino implementations, configurations, maintenance, and improvements
- Serve as subject matter expert on initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
- Analyze and verify requirements; develop standard templates and requirements specifications
- Develop product designs and enable new features through configuration
- Perform application testing of new releases and enhancements; coordinate and facilitate UAT and training
- Coordinate implementation activities and communications with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years in financial services
- 1+ year in software delivery
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Advanced Admin certification or the ability to obtain upon hire
- Advanced knowledge MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint
- Strong understanding of Banking Line of Business operations and technology support requirements
- Good understanding of commercial loan origination processes, mortgage operations, and other business practices and workflows
- Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce and nCino
- Experience building and enhancing flows, creating reports and dashboards, and managing user accounts and permissions
- Experience performing application testing and arranging user acceptance testing
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and access/interpret information on computer screens
- Secure home office environment and reliable private internet connection (not cellular hotspot); cable or fiber preferred
- Ability to travel to meetings as needed
