About the role

  • Act as a Salesforce solution architect—understanding cross-functional business needs and designing scalable system solutions.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into system requirements and recommend configurations to support long-term business goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities to embed AI-driven tools and automation to improve processes, data insights, and user experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform; manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and license allocations.
  • Perform regular data integrity audits, de-duplication, and enrichment.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using flows, automation tools, validation rules, approval processes, and more.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics (including Einstein Analytics).
  • Integrate third-party apps and middleware, and support seamless system interoperability.
  • Proactively roll out new features including Lightning components, CPQ, and other cloud solutions.
  • Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert for users; create and lead training sessions and maintain documentation and help resources.
  • Maintain a secure, compliant Salesforce environment; manage the release cycle: testing, deployment, and change management.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess pain points, define process improvements, and drive continuous improvement and AI enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a mid to large-scale organization, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency with declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
  • Experience with AI capabilities in Salesforce (e.g., Einstein, predictive analytics, GPT integration) a plus.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Comfortable with data management tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector).
  • Experience integrating platforms via tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Conga.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
