About the role
- Define and execute the North American sales strategy
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives and Sales Engineers
- Own and exceed regional revenue targets
- Cultivate relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders
- Identify new verticals, geographies, and partnership opportunities for growth
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services
- Provide clear and consistent reporting on sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasts to executive leadership
Requirements
- 10+ B2B enterprise software sales experience
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven success in leading sales organizations in the LIMS, ELN, or broader life sciences technology sectors
- Deep understanding of regulated environments (GxP, ISO, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Background in scientific informatics, lab operations, or digital transformation initiatives
