About the role
- Communicate with the community via email and social media
- Respond to questions about orders, returns and complaints
- Maintain the support tool and optimize the FAQ section
- Review and approve Education account submissions
- Evaluate and improve existing workflows in the support tool
- Research and implement AI solutions for support
Requirements
- Affinity for digital tools and identifying automation opportunities
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in an organized and solution-focused manner
- Patience, a positive attitude and composure
