About the role
- First- and second-level support contact for the finance department (financial accounting and payroll) for our ERP software INTEGRA®
- Planning software updates together with our customers, preparing and testing new program versions and taking responsibility for the process
- Receiving and handling inquiries and support cases
- Conducting training, supporting subprojects, and creating internal documentation
- Problem diagnosis, including via remote maintenance
- Recording and documenting all procedures in the ticketing system
- Classifying and processing incoming requests
- Analyzing, assessing, and forwarding inquiries
Requirements
- High social competence, strong team skills and good communication abilities
- Technical understanding of data and structures in complex systems
- Interest in the latest IT developments and standards
- Ideally: experience supporting complex, explanation‑intensive software
- Strong documentation skills
- Database knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle Database is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Enjoy working with CRM and ticketing systems
- Committed, motivated, responsible and a true team player
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
