System analysis and troubleshooting: Analyze technical issues arising from the interaction of IT components and locking systems, and support integration into existing IT and building management infrastructures.
Software support: Operate and support management software for digital locking systems, including performing updates and maintenance.
Customer consulting and training: Advise on technical options and support users and administrators in working with digital locking systems.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and support tickets, and report recurring issues to development teams.

Requirements
Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable technical qualification.
Initial professional experience in technical support or a customer hotline/service role.
Confident use of common IT systems and documentation tools; MCSA certification is an advantage.
Very good German and English skills for international communication.
