• For queries, you liaise with our manufacturer and logistics center to ensure smooth operations

• You develop and implement strategies to support and grow our most important trade partners and contribute to revenue growth.
• You are the primary contact for our B2B partners, build trusting relationships, and proactively identify collaboration and co-marketing opportunities.
• You ensure smooth day-to-day operations — including handling returns, complaints, and coordinating with logistics and production.
• You work closely with our marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure our trade partners are optimally supported.
• You represent Stapelstein® at trade fairs, industry events, and networking formats, strengthening our brand presence.
• You maintain our CRM database diligently and refine processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Maintain the support tool and optimize the FAQ section
• Review and approve Education account submissions
• Evaluate and improve existing workflows in the support tool

Compliance

• Create and maintain comprehensive product lists containing all relevant product information for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all product data inquiries across internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales).
• Coordinate with external product compliance service providers to conduct product testing and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure implementation of product compliance requirements for all relevant products and sales channels.
• Ensure and operationally manage compliance with global packaging regulations (EPR).
